Faulty Items

We place great importance on the quality of our products and we’re very sorry if you receive a faulty item.

  • If you believe your item is defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt.

  • To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask you to provide clear photos of the defect.

Please note:

  • Items that are worn, washed, or returned without tags cannot be accepted as faulty.

  • Claims must be made before the item has been used.

  2. Prepare your items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached).

  3. Ship the package back to us.

Important Information:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using insured shipping with tracking, as Varmosa cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
